1. Information We Collect

We collect your email address and store information (name, slug) when you sign up. Payment transactions are processed by Razorpay — we do not store your card or UPI details.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to provide the MenuPlzz service: managing your digital menu, processing subscription payments, and sending account-related emails (OTP verification, billing notices).

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely in our database. Menu data (items, categories, images) is stored on our servers and Cloudinary (for images). We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

4. Payments

All payments are processed by Razorpay. MenuPlzz does not store payment card or UPI credentials. By subscribing, you authorise Razorpay to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

5. Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to your account and menu until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Your menu will become inaccessible to the public after the subscription expires.

7. Cookies

We use only essential session-related storage (JWT token in localStorage) to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
